This is the Eastman #125 Busetto I have
available today, 10/21/2006. I have had 2 others previously, neither
lasted long as the bang (boom!) for the buck is overwhelmingly obvious
to the shopper. I am pretty confident that the next will be good too.
Laminated back and sides with a sold spruce carved top, great ebony in
the fingerboard. The hardware is not the best, but it is adequate, and
replaceable for a lot less than the $ difference between this and the
next better bass I have (not that I think it's necessary, or I would
have done it). $2700
